Pool Bikes Policy
Our Pool Bikes Policy provides essential public liability insurance to protect employers who make 'pool' pedal cycles available for use by staff. It is also suitable for tax-efficient 'Cycle to Work' schemes where cycles are owned or leased by the employer. In both situations the employer is at risk from claims made by employees and third-parties.
- £5M indemnity cover
- Cover available to all employers irrespective of size of company
- Protects employers against claims from employees and third parties
- Protects employees against claims from third parties
- Covers cycling to, from and between workplaces, including regular commuting
- Covers non-work use of cycles by employees, eg. leisure rides at evenings and weekends
- £1,000 annual premium for up to 20 cycles (or £750 for reduced £2M indemnity), plus Insurance Premium Tax.
